Before buying, user can (should) try and test it (whether plugin works properly on his computer, supports a language, meets the client's needs, etc..). To have a full version of the plugin one must buy it.

How can a user buy a plugin?

To buy a plugin a user has to register and login to this website. Then, after clicking on plugin details, he will be able to buy licenses for specified plugin.

What is a plugin license?

Plugin license is a unique number which allows activating the plugin to work in full version mode. It is assigned to and owned by a user which has bought it. Buying and viewing the license numbers is possible only on this website. This number is private and should be available only for a buyer.

What are the license types?

Currently 'OFFLINE' license type is available. Each license of this type will be assigned specifically to one computer (hardware).

How to use license number / activate the plugin?

To activate a plugin, internet connection is needed. When a license number to a specific plugin is received, the user should open the plugin manager window in BIMvision, then click on this plugin and press 'Enter license number' button, then enter the license number. The plugin will work in demo mode after a restart of BIMvision.

How to move license to another computer?

User has the ability to release specified license number in "My licenses" section on this website. This operation changes the license number, allowing it to be activated on a different computer. After moving the license, the old one becomes invalid and cannot be used. Datacomp reserves the right to disable this option or block the license number in case of usage violation.

USE RELEASE FEATURE ONLY WHEN NECESSARY, IN EXCEPTIONAL SITUATIONS - THIS IS NOT FLOATING LICENSE MECHANISM.

Availability of this option depends on the time elapsed from previous activation and previous license release count (min. 3 months). If it is unavailable, please contact us and explain your situation.
